I have not done well with this. I returned back to work last week. I was so exhausted and tried to do my BEST but didn't make it. I am a school teacher and eating is part of the work force here. Today I did well, but I am going to continue working on getting exercise and journalling. I have been doing well, but then went to work. I think I will figure out a happy medium soon.
