This day sucked. The only good thing is that I don't have any urge to snack tonight. Oh and I did do my 2 laps down the block. Thats 1.6 miles and I did my extreme dancing for 30 minutes. When there's things like frozen bluberry waffles & toaster strudles in the freezer for my son it's soooo tempting to eat them too. I hope to do better tomorrow.
