Still doing good - went for a jog this morning - considering it would be the first time in at least two months I was very pleased with how well I did - had to walk a couple of times, but I didn't feel like I was dying - so the walking I have been doing has maintained some fitness. Then in my shower afterwards, I felt so good for the exercise. I really want to hang on to how good it felt to motivate me to keep running, and have to keep telling myself that the exercise makes me feel much better than binge eating does.

I just started this website, but I have to say, good for you for trying to take control of yourself again! Running is a wonderful way to help you feel good, endorphines pumping can be more addicting that eating...all though I can admit I've had that problem, in fact I've been very bad in the last month...in your previous journals I read, sound very similar to me...the bag of popcorn, personally I have a sweet ad salty tooth... so after the popcorn, come the redvines...and it's usually on the weekends...and never around anyone. I know how that feels after and I hope you can stay motivated and keep up with the running! =) I think any kind of movement on a regular basis is better than not doing anything. Best of luck to you! =) One day, we can do it!!!!
