Stress is such a wonderful thing. Its kicking my butt! Yesterday it was so stressful in my office that I just needed more and more food in my diet. Its horrible how that happens. So that means that I gained 2.6 lbs today. <sigh>

I have my diseases to deal with. RA is no joke. It comes with fatigue. That makes it loads of fun to deal with....along with all the pain. SO sometimes losing weight just doesn't happen.

My question is...how do you forgive yourself for being that weak? I'm guessing that you just move on and get more sleep? We will see...because today is Saturday....which means that I have the option of getting more sleep. Although my crazy body has me up at 5 am. I know that there are several naps in my future today.
