tomorrow is my weigh in, and it is no telling the water weight i've held on to after all i lost earlier this week.maybe it won't be too bad, but i haven't dank as much water as i have needed to, and i kinda slipped up on my eating yesterday :-( i have most of my energy back now though so i plan on keeping up today
