Woke up feeling refreshed and lighter, even though I know in the space of a day I cannot have lost that much!
Yesterday and today have drunk lots of water, and as a result my pee is almost clear, which is a good sign!
Did the level one 30 day shred dvd this morning before work began - oh my god it was intense! I have a good level of fitness and even this was hard for me! Feel pretty amazing now though, like my muscles have had a good work out! I am going to pilates tonight and hopefully will try the cross trainer afterwards.
