I have not been around too much lately, which as you can see by my chart, was not a good thing. I have stayed so busy this summer and with the kids home with me all day it has just led to me getting out of control with my diet. I know there is not a good excuse for gaining back 20 of the 40 lbs i had lost, but it is what it is. I am so mad at myself for getting that sidetracked. But now I am back and ready to hit my goal!! I went shopping last night, and my kitchen it stocked and ready to go. My daughter will be going back to school in two weeks and we will get back on a good schedule. I am really excited to get back to my "good" eating habits. I noticed how crappy I have felt lately, from eating bad foods, and not exercising. I almost felt like I was getting a little depressed. But I am ready for this change.
