Just got through a good weekend of no binge eating Friday, Saturday or Sunday night - usually I have bit of a pig out at least one or two of those nights, if not all three. Helped that I watched tv with my daughter Friday and Saturday, as I will not binge in front of anyone. Then on Sunday morning I was pleased to think that if I could resist on Sunday night, then I knew I wouldn't binge mon-wed because my husband stays up later than me - so I will make it a week binge free on Thursday. All it will take now is resisting picking up little treats at the supermarket during the week - but I think I can do that. And yesterday, I had so much more energy and was really able to focus on achieving some work that had been stressing me out (another food trigger probably). i am not saying everything I ate all weekend was healtly - but at least I didn't add a big binge of calories on top of it. My weight is still actually the highest it has been in about a year - but that means I am determined not to get any heavier - going to take up running again tomorrow.
