Well I am on track and man I want a pizza today........LOL I have held out and watched my points and charted just so I can eat a pizza for dinner tonight. I also am giving up my ice cream tonight before bed so I can have it. my foot is finaly feeling better and I can actually put my tennies on (I triped over a weight last Thursday and I think I broke my small toe) I didn't go to the Dr because its not like they can put my toe in a cast. I am however going to do my first workout since I hurt my toe tomarrow. Time to start working out again I know it will be slow but I need to start. I also have a new video coming which I am very excited about it is to use my ball and has a bunch of tummy exercises and man I need that......LOL

Whole wheat pita bread makes a nice pizza base if you are making it from scratch. About 3pts for the pita, zero for all the vegis you can eat and a small sprinkling of cheese. You can eat it when ever you get the craving. You can simmer a 15oz can of plain tomato sauce with a tbsp of Italian seasoning for the sauce until it thickens and it is really yummy. It is so easy to get off track when you have an injury. The ball DVD is a great idea!
