Grrr. So I got some english muffins for breakfast this morning as a change from Central Market. On the label it says "NO NUTRITION REQUIRED" after the ingredients. Well, I beg to differ! I need the frikkin' nutrition so I can input it into fatsecret! Stupid thing. Nothing on the web anywhere for it either...

So I added a generic one from the FS database and decided to have two based on what it found. Having now eaten them, I feel like I have eaten a lot more than the estimate said: these much have been bigger. So I've upped my quantity to three, and now I'm a bit behind on my daily allowance...

Grrrr.....
