I’ve been not very good for a while, I have been eating the right food but I am also been eating wrong things on top of that like ice cream which I need to stop.
I’m at day 2 at being good and I’m about 6kg from original goal of 78kg if not for Christmas
I would say that it shouldn’t be too hard, I have only put on 2-3kg but I feel fat
We’ll see how I get on when I weigh in next week:)
