Good Sunday to all!!!

I'm sore today. Between my dancing adventure on Friday night, Pilates and Elliptical yesterday my body is letting me know the muscles are repairing!! I have a movie to finish on the Elliptical this morning, Dear John ... one my husband said "looks like one you can exercise too" LOL!!! He's not much on the romance movies!! However, every once in a while he surprises me. He loved "Before Sunset" and "After Sunrise" and even liked "Maid in Manhattan" ... go figure!!

Today is laundry, eBay, and putzing around the house. I don't think we are going out anywhere but you never know. We re-watched "Man on Fire" last night ... hadn't seen it for a while and enjoy watching Denzel kick some ass!!

I'm going to experiment with a different approach to weigh-ins for now. If I don't mention my weight on a regular basis please don't fret. I am weighing, I am being accountable, I simply want to try adjusting my thinking. I may change my mind and return to frequent mentions of where I am weight wise. I may not. I want to embrace enjoying where I am without constantly being focused on what is 'next' ... perhaps I am not being clear ... but oh well ... it will sort out in time.

And so ... I am as always grateful for much!!!

Hey moose, I should set up my elliptical in front of the tv, I have it facing the street, but no one in their right mind is up at the hour I am exercising so I look at nothing:) hahaha. Enjoy those movies and have a great sunday eve, and try not to think about work tomorrow:)

Sore muscles mean you're doing something right and challenging yourself. I keep reminding myself of that.

Thanks for that mental boost... I love reading your journals. Hope your experiment works out. I weigh nearly every day, but I only record once a week (or less lately) because otherwise my weigh-ins look like a lie detector test. I figure it makes sense to average it out over a period of time rather than account for whether I've been drinking enough water or had too much salt. :D
