Woke up at 5am briefly and the scale showed a 4lb weight gain? What?! I was within my calories and had a great workout yesterday at the gym. Did housework for like 10 hours, never sat down and played wii sports games with my daughter. Yeah- i flipped that damn scale off! Ha Ha! At 8am it only showed a 1 lb weight gain. Damn water weight. :)

I thought I was obsessive about weighing myself.. but 5 a.m.? Wow. I hate those little fluctuations like that, even when I know I've done well.

I weigh a lot- more so just because I'm curious. The #'s actually motivate me...even when i know my weight is fluctuating. But yeah, after i went to the b-room at 5am, curiosity got the best of me. :)
