I am back feeling a lot more positiv!!

Yes Glen you were so right, in the past I would never speak up when something upset me & make myself ill in the long run (asthma), but I have learned to let it out, only chew on it for a short period of time, then spit it out. He didn't like what I had to say, but I got it out of my system, now he has to deal with it.

My daughter might be bi-polar. I did a lot of reading on it & it does sound like her. Her moods have been so erratic over the last few years that I had a hard time keeping up. And apparently it is running in the family (her dads side). It didn't help that she started a new job. She always puts way to much pressure on herself. We have been chatting a lot over the last 2 days, I have managed to calm her down a bit & give her some pointers on how to cope with stress. But I do think she will need medical attention. Mood stabelizers like Lithium seem to be the way forward. All I need to find out now, is where to put the battery LOL.

Had to take Oak (spanial) to the vet yesterday. He is still limping although he was on painkillers for 10 days & we rested him as much as we could. That dog is just born to run & chase :). But if we want to work him next season we need to sort it out now. So the next step for him is an x-ray.

I am still aching from my lunges on monday. Only 5 sets with 4 reps with 2 30kg dumbbells & 10 reps with 2 22kg bells.

Food has been good, I log everything I eat during the day & in the evening I only have a light dinner, normally some chicken or steak with a small salad. But again : the scale stays the same. Never mind, I know I am doing well, so I won't get hung up on it.

Wishing you all a 'Happy Hump' day.

I'm sorry that I missed your last couple of journals but I'm glad to see you are working out your issues. I hope all goes well for your daughter (and your dog, too!). I think I would be aching from lunges with those heavy weights, too. Impressive! The scale rarely makes sense. In fact, cancel that! The scale NEVER makes sense - we just rationalize the numbers into making sense when they say what we think they should (and that is not very often!). The rest of the time there is simply no explanation - other than evil demons possessing it!
