I went to the Dr. this week. I've lost 40 lbs since my last visit. He didn't even notice, although he didn't talk about how I should lose weight which he usually does. so I guess that's a positive!

I'm surprised your doctor didn't praise you. 😕 Mine always gives me an atta girl even if it's only 10 lbs. Forty lbs. is big!

We were very close in weight. Our goals are the same,175. I've kept my calories near 1000 on average. How about yourself?
