Going to start tracking my food again. Not that I'm "dieting" in the least, but I think there's great value in 1) being mindful of how much I eat and 2) understanding the nutritional value of what I eat. It's far too easy to come home after a long day at work and plop down on the couch with a bag of candy (thanks a lot, Easter). I made much healthier choices when I last tracked my food, so I think it's a good idea to get back into that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 April 2013:
