down three lbs :) very excited! gym later today of course, which will make 6 days in a row at the gym.
i've had a bad day food-wise. i can't believe i ate what i did... & the way it made my body feel afterwards was definitely NOT worth it. but you know what? that's okay, because i'm going to eat better today, & tomorrow & the next day, etc. in one of my favorite books, You: On A Diet, Dr. Oz says something to the effect of: "You haven't failed when you have one fry, or one cookie, or one hunk of cheese. It's when you give up completely & eat the entire block of cheese, or the whole plate of cookies, or all the fries, that you give up." that's not word for word, but it's how i feel.
anyways, i did go to the gym again, & i'm going to be giving blood on the 30th! i have a huuuge fear of needles, so i'm very nervous, but i'm not going to back out.
