Ate out again at a mexican restaurant UGH! Lot's of cheese, sour cream...but I did skip the chips they always put on the table. YAH ME! I normally eat at least one whole basket if not more, so I saved on calories there.
I worried about the challenge I joined starting monday I have to do 25 sit-ups and 25 push-ups six days a week yikes! I'm going to push myself, I have to do this if I want to keep steady weightloss. I'm really thinking about trying to get a wii. That would help so much with getting me exercising....I'll see what I can do.

:) yep I skipped the chips, I'm just as impressed! Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not sure if I'm ready for the challenge, but I joined because if I held accountable I'm more likely to do it...just do your best!
