I was talking to my husband last night about my dieting and my past attemps. Usually I do well for about 3 weeks and stop. He was saying to just start out with small goals and work my way up. I probably should listen to him, since my way hasn't worked in the past. But I just feel like when I go into this it's all or nothing. Like I have to stick with so many calories a day, only eat this food, and exercise everyday for so many mins. This time I'm going to set small goals. I'll be counting calories, but I'm mostly going to focus on staying away from pop, and late night snacking on junk food. Also I'm going to make a goal of getting to the gym 3 days a week for now. With my schedule I'm off wed, sat and sun. I think once I have that down I'll start adding more time at the gym. I don't know maybe before I was making this more complicated then it had to be.
