Day 23 of Insanity. Today was plyometric cardio circuit. It was tough, but once I got into the groove it went well. I still question whether I'll be able to "keep" up by the time I finish. Seems like if I match the speed they do, then I crap out before the 30 sec. or minute of that one is finished and then move on to the next one. I know it's expected and he keeps stressing form over speed, so I guess I'm doing fine. It definitely kicks my butt. Still seeing more bits of definition here and there - upper back for sure, now that cool line down the outer part of the thigh. I'm so impatient, though, wanting the crap on the backs of the legs to just disappear. Sure...

Anyway...NO drop in weight...still. I AM eating more, I AM hungrier. I keep thinking I'll have a rogue period (they seemed to stop the minute I started taking thyroid...strange coincidence) or it's muscle I'm building and I'll eventually have a drop. I really should try for one of those low calorie days, but I think I'd have to plan out all food in advance and probably make the low calorie day a day before the rest day.

My 23rd wedding anniversary is tomorrow! So hard to believe we've been married THAT long. I'm not old enough! (hahaha) I don't know if we're going out for dinner or not. This time of the year I don't really enjoy going out much since it's so hot, day and night. But we'll see. And if so, that might be a high calorie day. Birthday is a week from tomorrow, too. But I want to go to this place called the Wildflower Baking Company. I went to one in Sedona and had the BEST salad ever. Found out there's one practically down the street.

My mom and dad's 53rd anniversary is tomorrow. And your birthday is a week from tomorrow, as well. That is awesome!! Hope both celebrations are everything you could ever hope for. As for your workouts, maybe when I get skinny like you, I will be able to try that, but I doubt if I will succeed. I will be happy to get through Slim in 6, with all things intact!! lol

Skinny! lol...Sorry for disappearing on K's journal. Went back there and started IM'ing you there...she's not going to know what hit her. And WOW, 53rd wedding anniversary. Your parents are an inspiration, aren't they? That's amazing. Thanks for the well wishes, I hope it's great, too. And next year...lookin' hot, right? :) I think you'll like Slim in 6, though. She's a gentle NICE woman, not scary like Jillian :D

As for YOU, Klannoye...don't even get me started! :) LMAO! ctlss and I had a great time over at YOUR place last night....uh-oh, but I just remembered what "they" say...paybacks are a bitch! Look, promise, I'll break out the wine. Happy Anniversary!!! I came to your journal to check on you and to get some inspiration because I didn't want to exercise today but I feel like I should. I liked the Jillian Michaels workout so much I think I will try it again. Hope you are being careful with your injury.
