Afraid to go weigh in, I have had this terrible cold now going on two weeks, have not been following the diet, I cant seam to eat much. Which you would think was a good thing, but I seam to need to eat all the food on the plan to lose weight. All food taste like crap and snot. Now Jaide is home from a week in SD and now she has a cold. So I will just have to go suck it up and go weigh in.This is really frustrated just after losing 3.2 lbs in one week. But I know I can do it I just need to be able to eat and be able to breath decent long enough to exercise.

If your sick, you should just let them know and maybe you can put your plan on hold until you are well. And I don't know if working out is good for your body right now. You need to just take some good meds and eat some soup and drink some orange juice to get that vitamin c in your system. Just eat what you can and what you can taste, if thats possible. Good luck on your weigh in and I hope you get better soon.

I just started to be able to taste things this weekend, after a week with food being a chore. Good luck breaking the cold. It's a beast, I know! I hacked my way through two Yoga Booty Ballet DVD's last night, fortunately no one was watching.. I think I've gone through 6 boxes of kleenex in a week, I'm off to go get another one!

After you start to feel better, make yourself a batch of chicken soup with veggies you can have on plan, then freeze for later in individual portions. I do this around this time of year, because it's hard to force feed myself some things when I'm not feeling well. I hope you get better soon.
