December 1st progress: Down 4.4# this month. Went to the gym 33 times but took 5 whole days off. Down 2" from Chest, Down 1/2" from natural waist, Down 1.5" across navel, Down 1.75" from hips, down 1/4" from thigh, down 1/4" from calves, down 1/4" from forearm, down 1/4" from bicep. Averaged 2000 calories a day. Wearing size 11/12 but most are too big- unfortunately cannot breathe in a 10 yet so in an awkward in between. NSV... I guess the fact that I was able to do OMAD on Thanksgiving- eat all I wanted and not feel like I missed out and to lose through the holiday. And other NSV was realizing I needed to be eating more and not less to really start losing pounds AND inches. TOTAL SINCE FEB- 57.3 pounds and 65.5 total inches. CRAZY!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, JC, Diana, Swedish, and Becc@! You girls are a few of my faves on FS. I need to change my goal to 170 and then when I hit that- change it again to something- still unsure what. Thankful that I won't look terrible in all the Christmas pics this year having to tell people not to post them. Even my worst pictures look better than my best ones 60 pounds ago... so that will be nice. Thanks for your support and encouragement!

That is just too fantastic! You really are doing so tremendously well! Congratulations on all you’ve accomplished and excited for your continued journey! And, for exercises, yeah I just updated all my workouts too. Threw in a few new things, as well. Full body is not something I can do everyday so I only do it twice a week with targeted muscle groups the rest of the week. Also you’ve inspired to measure now! Lol! I may not always see the blue so measurements will help.

Itsy!! YES- You have to measure! It means so much more than the numbers (but I LOVE seeing lower numbers- don't get me wrong) Ok- I am going to come up with a new workout plan. I can't remember what so I will have to look on your journal. LOL And thanks!

Gracias, dear! Yes- Chris- I need to buckle down. Enough of this. New goal for 1/1/20 is 165#'s. :P Oh my- Can't believe I forgot to put my 1/1/20 goal for real. Hmmm. I'm gonna see if I can't hit 179. Yikes- Scary to think about. So close yet soooo far....

How are you doing it on 2000 daily calories? I tried 1200 for a few weeks and the scale didn't budge. I'm now keeping it to between 500-900 a day and I only lost 1/2 a lb this week. Feeling discouraged. And hungry.
