Feel almost 100% today - must have been a 24 hour flu thing. The good news is I ate less that 1000 calories yesterday - LOL.

Wow, I hate being sick. Congrads on the calories, I'm catching up w your journal. I can't have nuts in my house! I eat them all, and I love it when they say, just add a couple almonds to your diet. A COUPLE hahaha. Keep going girl, your on a positive roll!!!
