Celebrating a friend's birthday tomorrow & each couple brings part of the meal. I made the birthday cake. I'm not really a chocolate or cheesecake fan, so this chocolate cake, cheesecake, Snickers candy bar monstrosity I made will be so easy to say no to.

Fullabella... It's something, that's for sure! I may just calculate the calories per slice as an added incentive to not eat it :)

Update.... If we cut this birthday cake into 8 slices, each slice will be 535 calories. And that is 535 calories that I will not be eating tomorrow, but I am sure everyone else at the party tomorrow will surely enjoy!

You can truly create a cheesecake!! My fav, though this one looks over the top!!! WOW! I’d eat 1/2 slice with no quilt!!! 😋
