Showing off my Thanksgiving Guns this past Holiday for mama. We chose to have a pizza night, and make homemade pizzas instead of a traditional Turkey Day. I took in over 2600 cals easily, replenished my glycogen stores, and used the energy in the gym the next day. Back on my normal eating schedule and moving forward. Remember, the holidays don't need to define how you eat on a regular basis. It's just a day and if you do feel like you are falling off track, just do your best to make the next best decision for your body. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
