I had been craving red meat for a week or so. I bought a steak yesterday and grilled along side some asparagus. it was delicious and hit that craving square in the face with a 2x4. I thought some dietary variation might help as the weight loss had stalled over the last week. I think the steak combined with turkey day dinner was just what was needed. hoping to drop a few more by next weekend. I am going to a friend's wedding on the 13th. I would like to be under 290 by then.
