My wonderful neighbor brought me afternoon tea today on a lovely tray with this outstanding date treat. Coconut, dates, pistachio. It was sliced in little disks then rolled in finely chopped coconut. I ate 2. They were outstanding. I’m going to count 100 calories for each. Don’t know what I will call them on the log. She is so kind and thoughtful.
