Starting today because I had the usual disgust this morning at my binge eating last night. I ate a whole bag of microwave popcorn (light butter) and 1/3rd big bag of popcorn - plus glass of wine. Wasn't hungry - I eat to give myself a treat and once I start it is complusive. I can easily eat a whole bag of chips/dorritos etc. I don't even think I enjoy it - just need to do it. In my head I know the triggers, and that these behaviours actually decrease my energy instead of picking me up - but still can't seem to stop. I am hoping that having to write down everything I eat will make me think twice about what I eat.
