mau nanya dong kak , biasanya Kan 1 minggu aku turun 1 kg , terus minggu ini aku nimbang cuman 0,5 pdhl aku makan sama kek minggu minggu kemaren , knp ya kak bisa kek gituh ?

@nsaah waduh, aku malah ga tau itu apa. 😂 Mungkin bisa input per bahan aja, supaya lebih akurat 😅 @mc089662310249 iya betul lebih dari 500, lebih tepatnya ini 516 kalori. 😆 Bisa diinput aja masing2 per beratnya, nanti otomatis keluar sendiri kok 😁 Jangan lupa input yg sesuai ya, jadi kalo mentah ya mentah, mateng ya mateng, bertulang ya plus tulang, tanpa tulang ya jangan ikut ditimbang tulangnya...

@bangdin banyak faktornya... Bisa jadi makronya berubah, lemaknya udah mulai bagian yg susah terkikis, olahraganya beda, bisa banyak... Tetep turun itu masih bagus :D @keepfighting23 wuenak inii... :D
