I've got to get back on board if I wanna lose another 10-25 before my cruise next month. So looking forward to it, wanna look and feel my best. I already feel soo much better than I used to. Yay!!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
