I've been without beer for 2 days. Sigh......

But I did go to the gym, and burned 300 calories (30 min. on the elliptical). And, tomorrow, I have a free 1-hour session with a personal trainer, so exercise is guaranteed!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
