so i've been eating around 1600. i'm wondering if i should try to shave off 100 calories, & bulk up on veggies & fruits instead? hmm.
anyways, three days in a row at the gym. here's to hoping i keep this up :D

I think 1600 is good number you can always adjust it have a healthy week ....good luck
