Hard to squeeze out Sodium and Saturated Fat...I turned down a nice lunch offer just to stay my course yesterday. Goal is not more than 1,500 mg and 12 g respectively. Well into Week Three and pretty much on target and feel great. FatSecret is really a health secret...those short, reliable feedback loops make all the difference, don't they?
