Well, I've gone up and down in weight the past week but it's back at 152 at least. I'm cutting calories as much as possible. It seems the only sure fire way I know to lose is to cut calories to around 800. But that seems preposterous. There has GOT to be a more reasonable way to go about this.

I'm right there with ya on the calorie cutting. If I eat my RDI of calories, I either gain or stay the same, no matter how active I am, so I have to stay below 1000, usually around 800, but I have found alot of low cal foods so atleast I don't feel like I'm starving myself. I weight about the same as you do, and I think my metabolism crawls.

I have trie around 1100 cal, 1700 cal, and now I stay between 1300 and 1500 cal a day. I think I am starting to lose inches but not much. I am trying something new. I think you are just going to keep trying new things from calories to workouts till you find what works. Keep it up!
