Doing the HMC challange...lets just say the 'veggie' drink was not my favorite first thing in the morning...YUCK!!!! But I sucked it up and drank the dang thing. Having my salad and chicken now and then will have another veggie drink this afternoon...oh boy just can't wait...hehe.

Its posted under join a FF challange on the forum... they list a 3 day menu + the recipe for the drink you drink 3 times a day. I'm stalling making my afternoon drink...... Lisa

Ok so while I hated the taste of the HMC (Hot matabolism cocktail) cold, today, I cooked up the ingredients less the water and added 1 egg. It came out like a thick soup and it was delicious! So... saved my 2nd egg for this afternoon and will cook up another for my midafternoon snack!
