I don't think the vegetarian thing is going to work out, not eating meat is always an afterthought, maybe I'll try again in a few weeks.

I didn't eat healthy yesterday, but I also didn't really eat much, and I was at Knoebles and the mall pretty much all day, so hopefully it doesn't matter too much.

After I weigh in today, I'm going to make either Saturday or Sunday my weigh in day, I weigh in too often during the week and I'm becoming obsessive, I need to fix that.

One last thing, I've decided I'm going to keep my fat intake under 35g every day and my carbs under 140g. I'm not sure if it will help but on days where my food diary says I did this are days where I feel better about what I've eaten.

Some people can't tolerate a vegetarian diet. It's something in their body chemistry. Also, if you're not super-good at planning vegetarian meals you can end up eating stuff that's pretty fattening. You can eat healthy non-vegetarian. Lean meats, fish, non-fat dairy, etc.
