walked 7 miles yesterday. next day always a little more then drop. walk today too! Still have to watch carbs...can't seem to burn them off like I used to.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.5 lb a week
