DAY 3- despite the chaos in the household.. i broke away from my temptation of cheating...i did soo well today..i drank lots of water did some exercise but not that much today... but right now im working on my exercise planner to see what i can do for the whole week.. i like having things schedule so i can make sure it gets done. cant wait for day 4!!
