okay looking at day three stay focus.. regardless of the drama here at the household when i get upset or frustrated i tend to binge..uugh.. im holding back well the drama started last night.. and i kept repeating to myself "im not going to mess up my diet" and i didnt im glad.. so im just biting my tongue so i wont say anything that will spark a arguement. im invisible in my household today my motto "dont talk to me and there wont be a problem"..lol.. so hopefully everything will be okay and day 3 will be a success!!
i will keep yall updated!

Good job at resisting. I know it gets hard when there is stress and conflict and all you want to do is eat anything and everything you can get your hands on. I am proud of you for staying away from that. If you ever need to talk, I am here.

Good job on not letting the stress get you on an eating binge. Try some different things to de-stress like taking a walk, deep breathing, read a book, have a cup of hot tea, go for a car ride, etc. Hang in there and make day 3 a GOOD one!!! You CAN do it. One day at a time! :D

hey...glad to hear that you resisted...think of this not as a diet but as a way of life/eating...you will be doing this for the rest of your life...you can and will do this and we will be here to help you along the journey
