Woke at 223.0, up 2.8 from yesterday. Ate too much and too many of the wrong things yesterday. Stricter today and Monday. Saturday going to Pennsylvania and will have breakfast and dinner. Sunday will fast until a 30th anniversary dinner at the local Brazilian steakhouse. UPDATE: Weighed 223.2 before dinner, which is totally bogus! I had two 11 ounce protein drinks but otherwise, just black coffee and a diet soda. Interestingly, with the higher protein, already my body fat is starting to trend down and my lean mass is trending up after only a week. Could be a fluke but will keep an eye on it.
