Holy carb-count Batman! THe girl is starving! Stuck!?! On a 700 calorie intake? That's why I do Atkins. You've got some really good food choices there (minus the chocchip cookie). Any proponet of a low calorie diet would be so proud! On the surface it's got a nice balance of nutrients. Just like the FDA would like you to have. Quite frankly, I think you could have just removed the pasta from the chicken and made a world of difference. Just me thinking out loud.

well, that's all I have had today so far. I'm trying to do 1800 calories or less per day. I have a very active life style (I ride horses for a living- at least 6/day), and go to the gym (I have big muscles). However, I do travel alot (for work) and my job is high stress (read CORTISOL!) problem?? I'm starving ALL the time, but can't eat a huge meal as I get all sorts of bloated and gross! My doc says "central obesity or metobolic syndrom" ???? frustrated and fat around the middle!!
