Still struggling with not making excuses to avoid the gym. ONce I get there I am fine, its just getting there. Where is my motivation? Why do I lack it?
128.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
