Happy Tuesday! Just a little inspiration for you as we go into the month of November. Baked goodies start popping up in the office a little more and we start to bake some hearty casseroles as the weather gets cooler. If you plan it right, you can have a little bit of everything, as long as it fits within your calorie count. Try not to go overboard! And if you do, dust yourself off and get right back on it the next day, don't let a day turn into a week, month, etc. Recognize your error, and reel it back in, don't let the food take control over you. I know for most the holidays tend to become more of a challenge, just think about what you can do to have more control over what you eat, and how much. Is gorging yourself with food and sweets really worth sacrificing your goals?

Yes!! That’s right! ❤️ this will be my first holiday season just eating regularly and counting it in, not gorging and feeling guilty and deciding to give up until after the new year. I’m excited to eat and enjoy it and still lose! Nice post!

Me too DP! Gives me a sense of peace, like ya I can eat all I want, (within reason), I just have to fit it into my calories accordingly. LOL
