I am trying to loose about 15 lbs since start. I am aiming for slow and steady because it should keep it off longer. Having made a similar weight loss goal almost three years ago, I did gain it back, but the gain was gradual and went unnoticed by me. Coincidentally, I met a guy about the same time I was at my goal weight before and he loves to cook.
My new goal is to loose the same amount of weight as before and KEEP IT OFF!!
