Can someone please remind me how to update my RDI on here? I can NEVER remember. Ive updated the cals, but I want to tweak my macros too. Why does FS make it so hard? 😒

On the app go to Reports, in the upper right hand corner is an arrow in a bullseye. You can play around with it from there. I knew how many grams of protein I was looking for and then adjusted the fat and carbs so I hit around the cal range I want.
