well....I weighed in this morning...and it came in at 174! Thats 34 pounds lost to date, 24 more to go! I'm glad that I held off a few days to weigh in, so I wouldn't see a gain this week, because gains have a tendancy to push me back in my head. I'm convinced the Wii Fit is the reason that I've managed to pull up a 1.5 loss...because I'm moving around, and getting sore....thats the only difference I've done with my dieting since I started (as I've been really good generally with what I eat!).
I LOVE my Wii Fit. Love love love it. I actually got up again this morning and worked out on it. I like how it unlocks harder games as you get better at it. The most frustrating one for me to date is the Tight Rope Walk one...that one is HARD! hahahah I finally got across the rope today...with only 2 seconds to spare! (stressful! hahha). I was able to unlock the next versions of the basic step and hula. They are great! my two favorites so far.
Also tried the yoga poses...not a yoga expert..have only been a few times in my lifetime...definitely NOT flexible right now, but that will come in time...or at least thats what my Wii Trainer tells me. hahahahaha
