Realizing that i'm making the poorest meal choices...DELIBERATELY! Im so not motivated to eating healthy food that tastes so bland...i've dieted before and have see results, just gotta make the mental switch...i lose my appetite when i order something healthy and gain it back when all the fat and sugars are around me...gotta do something different.
