Realizing that i'm making the poorest meal choices...DELIBERATELY! Im so not motivated to eating healthy food that tastes so bland...i've dieted before and have see results, just gotta make the mental switch...i lose my appetite when i order something healthy and gain it back when all the fat and sugars are around me...gotta do something different.

I know how you feel but I can assure you that there are healthy foods out there that are not bland! Just experiment using some different spices instead of salt and check out some of the member's recipes on here. I have found some great ones for myself!
