BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks with light veggie cream cheese. 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.

LUNCH = 12 oz of Mexican Chicken Soup (no noodles or rice in it so hopefully o.k.) 1 small ceasar salad with shredded parmesan & 2T slivered almonds.

SNACK = 20 almonds & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.

DINNER = shredded chicken black bean chili with 3oz of sharp cheddar.

DESSERT = 2 fudgecicles

YUMM! lol You are being very disciplined, maybe I should journal on here too... I'm not so good at it, and not so good of memory with my meds., but I could try. :) Keep up the great work!
