Quite proud of myself for not eating any Halloween candy this week. Stayed on my course as well. First year that I ever remember doing that feat. Now to get through all the birthdays and holidays these two months without totally blowing my WOE. Six birthdays for November and December including mine that we celebrate. One day at. a time.
