So the multitude of vacations and the birthday have not been kind to my mid-section. I haven't bothered to keep track of what I've been eating during this whole time period. Since my new job starts in a couple of weeks and I can't wear dresses any more (which are so comfy when you have a bit of extra weight) I'm going to put a lot of energy into jump-starting this the right way.
